A cooking day, learning how to recognize the typical food products, their freshness and experiencing how to pick them at the market stalls.
Once you have chosen your ingredients, you will learn how to clean and prepare them (fish, meat and vegetables), as well as to cook them. You will enjoy the results with wines selected according to the prepared dishes.
Duration: 4 hours (from 10:30am to 2:30pm)
